To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to start a return:

To kickstart the process, simply reach out to us at sales@hypnotex.in . We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, we can only accept returns that have been requested in advance.

Damages and issues:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to address the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards. If you're unsure about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us for clarification.

Purchases During Campaigns or With Coupons:

Any purchase made during promotional campaigns or using any coupon code is not eligible for return or refund, but you can avail of a one-time exchange for the same.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds:

Once we receive and initiate a return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
